Andrea Haris replaces Thierry in 2019/20

02/04/2019 - 22:00

The committee took the decision that Andrea Haris will replace Thierry Kremer as our ladies' head coach at the end of the season. Thierry and the players were informed today.

"Muci" does a great and successful job in our youth section for a couple of years now, and T71 is confident she can do a great job with our ladies as well.

Four years ago, Thierry made his debut with just 28 years of age. He took over a team with Kim Brück, Rachel & Anouk Wagener, Pascale Hut, Sandie Lorsché, Jil Heck, Anne Mreches, Mich Orban, Stefanie Yderström, Hannah Pauly, Mandy Geniets, Tania Lagoda, Lea Camporese, Jheri Booker & Lynn Thilges.

This season - only 4 years later - no one of these ladies played a single game for T71's ladies A-team. Thierry managed to build a new team around our young talents, with great results & and improving every season: 9 wins-21 losses (2015/16), 9-22 (2016/17), 23-13 & vice-champion (2017/18) & 23-4 in 2018/19 so far.

The whole T71 organization thanks Thierry for his great work and committment at T71, on and off the court.

But hey, this season is not over: we're in its decisive phase. We're qualified for the championship semi-finals! So let's go hard & and make a good season great!
